In addition to the primary colors red RAL 3000 structural, white RAL 9003 structural and anthracite RAL 7016  structural, we also offer to customers other color versions according to their requirements.

Hydrant system consists of:

  • Steel cabinet with arm and winch
  • Dimensionally stable hose D19 or D25 of lenght 20 or 30m.
  • Fire nozzle D25 of equivalent 6 or 10 
    • eqv. 6mm – flow rate Q < 1,1 l/s
    • eqv. 10mm – flow rate Q > 1,1 l/s
  • Connecting hose D19 or D25 of lenght 1,4m with ball valve 3/4´´ or 1´´.

Hydrant system with dimensionally stable hose D33

Fire hydrant system with dimensionally stable hose D33 is a very effective extinguishing resource with a permanent supply of water, which is instantly achievable.

Mainly in places where it is necessary to supply a large amount of water, up to 200l/min. See values in the table Technical data.


Hydrant system consists of:

  • Sheet metal cabinet adapted for assembly on a wall or into a wall. For water inlet to the system cabinet has pre-pressed inputs in the upper and lower parts on both sides of the cabinet. Dimensions of the cabinet from metal sheet thickness 1 mm with full doors - 800x800x340 mm. Surface finish is by powder color RAL 3000 (red) or RAL 9003 (white) structural for inside environment.
  • Hose reel which is mounted on a pivoting arm. It consists of two side discs reinforced with wires of diameter 8 mm. Standard dimensions of the reel - diameter 658mm, width 216 mm.
  • Fire dimensionally stable hose D33. Hose is guided under the trade name PH - stabil - D33. Lenght of hose in the system is 20 or 30 m.
  • Fire nozzle Tajfun Turbo (equivalent 13mm) with rotary head.
  • Connecting hose D33 of lenght 1,5m with ball valve 5/4´´ PN30 DN32.

hysra navijakHydrant reel is possible also fix on the wall without hydrant cabinet and that on steel console (see picture) or to weld holder of arm to the steel structure. We recommend to fix steel console on the wall by using 4 pieces of steel bolts of minimum diameter 8 mm.

Hose systems are to be installed at height 1,1 - 1,3m above the floor (measured to the center of device).

Hydrant systems D19 and D25 for recessing to wall

Cabinet at hydrant systems D19 and D25 for recessing to wall is replaced by a frame made of closed profiles.

This frame serves for fixing of arm with reel and doors with rotary closure and the possibility of sealing.

Hydrant system consists of:

  • Frame made of closed profiles on which is fastened rotary arm with reel and doors. On the frame are welded two flat holders with holes for anchoring to masonry or plasterboard by dowels and mounting foam. To the middle of reel is brought pressurized water, which allows an immediate use of the system.
  • Dimensionally stable hose PH - stabil D with luminous intensity 19 or 25 mm.
  • Ball valve (systems DN19 - 3/4´´;systems DN25 - 1´´) made of nickel-plated brass.
  • Fire nozzle combined D25, which consists of body and rotary head made of polypropylene. Rotary head allows setting of full flow, shower flow with changeable cone angle ranging from 0 to 110° and closure of nozzle.
  • Connecting hose serving for connecting the system to water supply.

The advantages of this embodiment include improved access for supply of water, greater lifetime and strength of the frame and so on.

Fire hydrant systems with dimensionally stable hose represents a very effective fire extinguishing resource with permanent water supply, which is immediately reachable. Requirements for these systems are such a to ensure swift control by one person. This system is intended for installation to wall. Cover frames with doors are made of stainless steel and provides easier finishing operations after masonry works.

Hydrant system consists of:

  • Hydrant cabinet – made of steel sheet of strenght 1 mm. Surface treatment – powder structural color RAL 3000 (red) or RAL 9003 (white) intended for inside environment.
  • Cover frame with full or glazed doors. All is made of stainless steel.
  • Dimensionally stable hose PH - stabil D with luminous intensity 19 or 25 mm.
  • Ball valve (systems D19¨- 3/4´´;systems D25 - 1´´) made of nickel-plated brass.
  • Fire nozzle combined D25, which consists of body and rotary head made of polypropylene. Rotary head allows setting of full flow, shower flow with changeable cone angle ranging from 0 to 110° and closure of nozzle.

Hydrant system with dimensionally stable hose D25 and with cabinet for hand fire extinguisher. Both cabinets are made in one block.


Hydrant system consists of:

  • Hydrant cabinet and cabinet for hand fire extinguisher – made of steel sheet of strenght 1 mm. To the middle of reel is fed pressure water, which allows immediate use of system. Surface finish - powder structural color intended for inside environment (after agreement with the manufacturer can be supplied also for outside environment). Full steel sheet design.
  • Dimensionally stable hose PH - stabil D25 of lenght 20 or 30 m.
  • Fire nozzle combined D25 equivalent 6mm - flow Q<1,1l/s or equivalent 10mm - flow Q>1.1l/s.
  • Connection hose D25 of lenght 1m with ball valve DN25 - 1´´ made of nickel-plated brass which serves for connecting the system to water supply.

hadicove systemyHose systems are to be installed at height 1,1 - 1,3 meter above the floor (measured to the center of device). Dispositionally hose systems must be positioned so that persons should have easy access to it and doors might open up to 180°. For the installation must be ensured water supply that in the least favorable position shall give overpressure minimum 0,2 MPa.

Use: After opening the cabinet verify whether the nozzle is closed, open the ball valve on the water supply (system will filled by water). unwound the necessary amount of hose from the reel to the place of fire and by turning head of nozzle set the required shape of water stream.

Foam-creating hydrant system with dimensionally stable hose D33

It consists of:

  • Steel cabinet with reel of dimensions (width 1190 x height 800 x depth 340) with surface finish by powder structural color RAL 3000 (red) for inside use.
  • Admixer D33 to hose system with ball valve.
  • Connection hose D33 of lenght 1,4m.
  • Hose D33 of lenght 20 or 30 m.
  • Canister with foaming agent (20l).
  • Fire foam-creating nozzle for heavy foam with ball valve.
  • Suction hose with stainless pipe.

Use:

Foam-creating hydrant system is intended for primary extinguishing by heavy foam. Stock of foamer is for minimum of 7 minutes. The system is standardly mounted with nozzle for use 1% of foaming agent which is included in supply.

hyd system penotvorny d33The closure of canister with foamer is possible to open only in case of intervention, otherwise threatens a risk of depreciation of foamer. The equipment is possible to using also for extinguishing by water. In this case is necessary to have closed suction valve of admixer.

After each intervention with use of foamer is necessary to properly rinse whole system with clean water so that pick out suction stainless steel tube from a container with a foamer, and insert it in a container with clean water, then open suction valve of admixer and the whole system thoroughly rinse.

Technical description:
Hydrant foam-creating system consists of reel with dimensionally stable hose D33 of maximum lenght 30m on pivoting arm, which is fastened in the cabinet. Connection hose of the same diameter of lenght 1,4m, fire foam-creating nozzle D33 for heavy foam, admixer with main ball closure and twenty-liter canister with foamer.
Nozzle ( eqv. 10 ) consists od body of nozzle made of light alloy with holes for air sucking with plastic coating for secure hold and protection against cold and leverage ball valve DN 33 with connection thread G1 1/4´´. Positions are indicated by arrows and symbols ON - OFF.

Admixer is installed before the reel. It consists of body with diffuser made of brass, 3/8´´- new ball valve of sucking of foamer with replaceable nozzle and suction hose ended by a stainless tube, which at intervention is inserted into canister with foamer placed in cabinet. Cabinet is made of steel sheet and surface treated by structural powder color of shade RAL 3000. Dimensions of cabinet are 1190 x 800 x 340 mm. It is divided into two parts. In first part is the reel with hose and nozzle, in second part is admixing equipment and twenty-liter canister with foamer.

Company manufactures two system variants. Left variant has water supply and canister placed on the left side of cabinet, the right variant has it conversely. Closing is ensured by a plastic closure with the possibility of sealing. Cabinet is intended for inside environment.
